Hi Adeline是啊,我对孵豆芽很感兴趣,因为可以随时吃到新鲜的豆芽。很久以前姐姐好像有拭过用棉花和水孵过一次,不过不是很成功,口感不佳。你的方法应该比较正确,可以分享一下吗?
Margaret材料:1/4到1/3杯的綠豆(一盤菜的份量)有蓋的鍋子或茶壺(我觉得用茶壺比较方便,加水倒水不用开盖,不会見光) 做法:1. 綠豆洗净先泡水10小時2. 過濾掉泡綠豆的水,將蓋子蓋上,綠豆不可見光,之後每隔6小時泡水10-30分鐘,等到長出根、快掉殼時就可以收成了。如果一次孵太多,可以把吃不完的豆芽放入冰箱,免得豆芽繼續長高喔!
