咸鱼炒豆芽

这盘咸鱼炒豆芽虽然看起来平平无奇,但是豆芽可是我亲手种的,吃起来感觉真好...

This means this "豆芽" is organics,no fertiliser lah...hahaha is good to eat something grow by yourself.

咸鱼炒豆芽 look a bit normal, but this 豆芽 is grow by you, so 101% are healthy, nice and sweet.

你是用水耕法种植豆芽吗? 有没有用到棉花或其它的肥料?以前记得学校教的是用棉花加水水而已。

不是用水耕法种,是用孵的.孵豆芽时期如果见光,长出来的豆芽就会变绿色.

很快,3-4天就孵成豆芽.口感比买的好太多了,非常脆.有没有兴趣孵?

是啊,我对孵豆芽很感兴趣,因为可以随时吃到新鲜的豆芽。很久以前姐姐好像有拭过用棉花和水孵过一次,不过不是很成功,口感不佳。你的方法应该比较正确,可以分享一下吗?

材料:
1/4到1/3杯的綠豆(一盤菜的份量)
有蓋的鍋子或茶壺(我觉得用茶壺比较方便,加水倒水不用开盖,不会見光)

做法:
1. 綠豆洗净先泡水10小時
2. 過濾掉泡綠豆的水,將蓋子蓋上,綠豆不可見光,之後每隔6小時泡水10-30分鐘,等到長出根、快掉殼時就可以收成了。如果一次孵太多,可以把吃不完的豆芽放入冰箱,免得豆芽繼續長高喔!
